Revenge of the Monster 10

Harken back to the day, when the track had a stupid name and Monsters ruled the land. Children of all ages clutched their mommies with fear that quickly gave way to terror when the Savages, T-Maxxes, Mutant truggy/buggy/truck and other ancillary Freaks of Nature took the track. Back when marshals were men and left the track bruised, exhausted, stalwart, masculine, and (that’s right ladies) virile.

Glory days, where in a wink of a young girl’s eye we had indomitable drivers who became tabloid heroes. Fearless racers like Flipper, The Barroto, Daniel “G-Thang” Gonzalez, and the bravest of them all and the only one left standing … Robbie Allen the legendary HPI Ace.

Before the malignant infestation and subsequent overpopulation and putrification of a once pure entry level class that now required a $1,500 investment, endless modifications and infinite maintenance. A time before what is commonly referred to as the contemporary version of the Bubonic Plague. That’s right, that magically wonderful time in history before the REVO.

Well, on July 12th, 2014,  The Good ol’ Days are back.

Okay, seriously, this a just a fun  race for all of us with monster truck laying around.  No one is serious about it and we spend a lot more time laughing than driving.  Actually, to call it a race is a bit of an exaggeration … it typically turns into a fee-for-all.   You don’t have to be a racer to enjoy coming out and running this.

We will be running RoTM10 along with our Hot Summer Nights Program on the 12th.
